ENCOUNTER EC&GPS ECGPS S.A. – Trading Name: Encounter Latin America

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By booking any service with Encounter Latin America, the customer expressly agrees to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Service
All products offered by Encounter Latin America are intangible services, including but not limited to guided tours, cultural experiences, and transport reservations. These are non-physical goods, considered delivered and consumed once the scheduled service has been rendered.
2. Payment and Billing Information
All payments are processed by ENCOUNTER EC&GPS ECGPS S.A., operating under the trading name Encounter Latin America.
Charges may appear on the buyer’s statement under the name “ENCOUNTER EC&GPS ECGPS S.A.” or a similar variation.
3. Service Confirmation
Upon payment, the client will receive:
- A confirmation voucher with all relevant details of the booked experience.
- Contact information for support and assistance.
This voucher serves as the official proof of purchase for the intangible service. It is the client’s responsibility to read, review, and retain this information.
4. Proof of Service Delivery
Encounter Latin America uses the following methods to verify that a service has been properly delivered:
- Signed attendance sheet or digital check-in records.
- Reports submitted by the assigned guide.
- Photos or media that may include the traveler during the tour.
- Email or messaging correspondence confirming participation.
The customer acknowledges that these forms of documentation constitute valid proof of service delivery.
