Cultural, social, sports, and even religious festivities and events are now allowed to take place, as long as they follow strict health safety measures, according to a new decree by President Luis Arce. At the same time, the government announced collective vacations for public officials to stimulate tourism and reactivate the local economy.

Some circuits remain closed because the Covid protocol for these regions is not yet approved. An example is the three-day two-night tour in Uyuni, which cannot be used because the Eduardo Abaroa Reserve is still closed pending the approval of its Covid protocol. it is expected that by the first days of January the protocol will already be in place and it can operate normally.

Also, different virtual fairs are being organized throughout the territory where each Hotel and operator present their Covid protocol for the adequate attention to the Tourist; and national circuits are being promoted to encourage national and international travelers to visit them.
